When I started this blog I wanted to keep it "fun" but quickly realized that a HUGE part of my life right now foscuses on consumer protection.
"Debt" and talking about "Debt Collectors" is *Taboo* in this society..... AND..... I've really NEVER figured out why! Especially since so many are so eager to talk about their last romp in the sack with ________ or how horrible their marriage or social life is.....
Folks will tell you what color panties they have on but GOD forbid they discuss a debt collector calling them...
Well, I say ENOUGH! It's this very SAME attitude that ALLOWS debt collectors and junk debt buyers to VIOLATE the law EVERYDAY and ABUSE their positions........
There are laws that are set in place to PROTECT YOU and preserve your rights....
KNOW your rights and learn how to fight these vulchers!

NEVER and I repeat NEVER (PAY) someone to "fix" your credit......
WHY on earth would you pay AND trust a total stranger to do something you can do YOURSELF........
