Let's try to get through this..... The officer "alleges" that the "Senator" *tapped* his foot, brushed his shoe against the officers and "repeatedly waved his hand under the stall divider"...
Uhhhh Ok?!?!? Soooooooooo those act constitute soliciting sex?!?! WTF!!!!!!! I guess I'm beyond guilty of soliciting sex in public toilets then......
Sorry but I tap my feet, and WILL wave my hand under a stall if there's no toilet paper....
Folks this is just downright stupid and a WITCH HUNT.......
They are calling this man a hypocrite because he voted against gay marriages and (blah blah friggin blah)
BUT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aren't these SAME folks calling him a hypocrite..... A hypocrite themselves! How many of them had their panties in an uproar when Clinton was *caught*..

Put ALL this crap aside and we have an issue of an officer of the law hanging out in the loo....
Maybe they thought the Tidy Bowl man had plotted a mass murder and was going to be popping up from the toilet any second??????
It seems to me that taxpayers money could be spent in a much better way.....
Guess what? I think the only thing this guy is guilty of is being STUPID..... He should have NEVER plead guilty to this and should have LAUGHED HIS ARSS off at these guys.....
