I forgot to post this earlier and got a friendly "reminder" HEY email from Chrissy tonight...... sooooo here ya go! (So you guys don't think we are nuts) The story behind it is...... I was telling C and Rob when they came in about this INCREDIBLE kiddo named George Sampson that was on Brittains Got Talent..... I'd never seen someone so young have so much talent and charisma.... I just adore this kiddo!

This..... That....... & The Other......
It's been a crazy couple of weeks (again) but I finally have a day to sit back and catch up.....
My bosses from NY came in last week and as usual it was like a reunion with some of my best friends.... I hate calling them "my bosses" because they truly are more than that to me.... I actually love these guys and "gal". After "business" we all went to dinner and Rob and I officially made fools out of ourselves doing Karoke but had ALOT of fun doing it.... Chrissy remained sane the entire time, cept there was that 3 minute incident where I got her on the dance floor and she "rawked" out to Janet Jackson with me...... ::::evil grin:::: I am officially her "bad influence" ():0) <---note the halo......
I also wanted to say thank you to Jeffrey (who I know reads this blog even tho he denies doing so) Jeff..... U MADE MY YEAR...... thank you for the Jacket(s) I absolutely LOVE them..... They are BEYOND perfect and you my dear are the sweetest..... I hope you come in with Rob and Chrissy in November.... If ya do I promise to make you some of that fudge you love :P AND I promise not to corrumpt you as I have Chrissy :P
Speaking of corruption I am wondering why ***I*** am having to take the fall for being the "wild child" in this group when it was ROB who TRULY behaved like the devil! I think 75% of the female population in Cleveland now has his cell number......
On to family..... My Lil guy Logan got his stitches out on Friday.... He was a real trooper and his arm is healing quite nicely...... He's SUCH a good lil guy when he is by himself..... Truly a different child and just a sweetie....
I'm in the final stages of the "Family Vacation" planning..... This is gonna be an interesting one this year..... It's a basic repeat of last year MD, DC and WVA .... Mom and I *thought* about going to NY but I am having a tough time convincing her that we'd be ok going through the tunnels to get to NY sooooooo she's waivering on it.......
I think that just about wraps it up for today.... I am in a "strange" mood today and I mean REALLY strange...... (no comments from the peanut gallery)

Who is Jack Schitt?!?!?
Some emails I just can't resist....... Especially when they come from my Mom...... I know I've said this before but you would have to truly KNOW her to realize that she just does NOT use profanity (unless royally provoked) and probably is pictured next to the term "Lady" in Wiki......

Well thanks to my friends generous geneology efforts, you can now respond in

Jack Schitt is the only son of Awe Schitt. Awe Schitt, the fertilizer

In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt. The deeply religious couple
produced six children: Holie Schitt, Giva Schitt, Fulla Schitt, and Bull
Schitt, and the twins Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.
Against her parents' objections, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high
school dropout.

Happy?!?!?!
I hate.... REPEAT H.A.T.E. those damn survey's that people send out on Myspace....I've never really figured out why anyone wants to know what color of underwear I had on 28 days ago and when the last time I flushed the toilet was...... Soooo My dear friend Chrissy decided after my last Myspace (rant) about those survey's to make a bet with me.....
The bet is simple.... If the Browns win tomorrow I NEVER have to get another survey from her AGAIN.... (NEVAH NEVAH) If they looooooooose I have to publish her last survey on my blog and answer all of the questions truthfully.....
Since I have this overwhelming feeling that they are going to loooooooooose (yet again) I decided that I will go ahead and publish her "LAST SURVEY" before the game...... It's that time again ~Hope~
Well guys last years "Hope" event went so well (and) I wanted to make this a yearly thing so here I am again..... Planning has actually been underway since January and I have accumulated over 18 LARGE boxes within 10 months..... For those of you who don't know what "Hope" is........ Well (long) story short it *should* be a non profit but I have not went that way yet.....I'm doing just fine with out it and I'm not in this for tax write off's or ANY other reason than to try to make some lives a little easier at Christmas Time and hopefully bring a smile or two to their faces while doing so...........
What we do is "accumulate" items that nursing home residents can USE (and) that will make their lives a little easier...... All items MUST be *new* or VERY gently used (see list) ..... around the end of November...... I start wrapping EVERYTHING and in honor of my grandmother we pass them out on 12/23 (the day she passed away in 1999)
My goal has been and will remain to pick out facilities that are inner city and where residents need the help / love the most.... and to provide EVERY ONE of the residents with a gift (or) gifts for Christmas Day...... Everyone seems to focus on children during Christmas and Sooooooo many have forgotten about a generation that has formed and created this country.... They literally are sitting alone in a 12x12 room everyday and LACKING what you and I take for granted (books, TV's Etc. etc) This is just WRONG and I am determined to CHANGE it...
Last year I sent this out via Email and received such a GREAT response that I decided this year I'll post it here (and) later send out an email in October...... I'm leaving 2 lists One list is what we have so far.... The other list is what we need......

9- HUGE Boxes of Books!!!!!! (Thank you to Chrissy, Rob and Dave!!!!!)
4- Boxes of puzzles and Games!
1- Box of Pencils, Paper, Journals, Markers, Stationary, Etc.
4- HUGE boxes of Figurines and Picture frames
~What we NEED~ The items with the * beside them are nursing home requests that I have gathered from the TWO nursing homes that I plan on making deliveries to this year......(In Other words these items are things that the employees KNOW that one, two or a few of the residents *NEED* ~
BODIES!!!!!! As I did last year I will be hosting 2-3 "wrapping parties" I need folks to come over and sit with me and help wrap and categorize these items once wrapped... I'd like to get 2 groups of 10 folks this year as we have ALOT and with my work schedule 4th quarter I just can not do this alone.....
TAPE!!!!! Boy do I ever need tape! LOL I believe I have enough Wrapping Paper...IN January of this year I spoke with a Manager of the local "Marcs" here and told him about "Hope".... He (literally) gave me 150 ROLLS of paper for .10 cents a ROLL!!!!!!! So I am SET for this year..... (Thank You to him!!!!!) If you have extra wrapping paper please feel free to bring it..... The more the merrier!
ALWAYS More Pajama's and robes (Men's and Women's ALL sizes) .... I never can seem to have enough of these!
Slippers / House Shoes... MUST be "slip free" (ie) rubber souls or have some type of anti-slip bottom.
Blankets, Comforters (SOFT) (YES) the nursing home *DOES* supply blankets but how would you feel sleeping with a hospital blanket that smells like bleach all the time? I Loooooooooove giving the residents SOFT blankets that they can be comfortable with..... ALL blankets and comforters MUST be "Twin" size
TV's (Used, New, doesn't matter as long as they work) There are a total of 14 residents in 2 nursing homes that do NOT have a Television (or) radio .... They have NOTHING in their room and 5 of those residents are bed ridden.....My Goal is atleast TWO more Televisions so that I can provide TV's to the 5 that are bed ridden...
Pens, Pencils, Stationary, Crayons, Art Paper, Lined Paper, Folders (etc) We DO have a box so far but this is a HUGE demand with the residents... They enjoy these things immensly!
DVD Players (or) VHS players.... NO Hi Tech only EASY to use... Also looking for DVD's ..... I AM in the process of striking a deal with a local business that will be donating over 200 VHS tapes!
Brushes, Combs, Hair Clips, Wallets, Purses, and Fabric Roller Bags (These are the bags that residents can pull that have wheels on them) The nursing homes DO take "field trips" weekly and *some* of the residents that go are in need of these...

Toiletries- Although the nursing home DOES supply basic toiletries let me ask you all a question..... If you've ever been in a hospital you KNOW what those types of toiletries are like..... I had one resident tell me last year that out of ALL of the gifts I gave him he liked the soap the best!!!!! He said he had not used REAL soap in EIGHT years..... (that's how long he had been there) These people are so thankful for BASICS that it's an eye opener and a GOOD reminder of how we ALL should BE!
Perfume- (should be in toiletries) but the ladies LOVE the perfume.... It doesn't matter what size (samples, bottles, sprays etc etc)
Candies, and SUGAR FREE Candies ....You would be SHOCKED at how much the residents love getting little packages of Candy and Cookies on top of their gifts... We have ALOT of Diabetics so we need ALOT of Sugar Free....
(On that note) I do have a bakery who has been BEYOND generous and decided to donate 40 dozen cookies.... I am however looking for someone to pick them up on 12/22 as I will be working 12 hours that day and won't be able to.....
Basically? Look around at the things you take for granted every day, imagine yourself confined to a 12x12 room and think of the things that YOU would want and miss the most...... That's what I like to provide to these gentle folks.....
In closing..... "Hope" was my grandmothers middle name this entire project is dedicated to *who* she was...... as she would give the coat off of her back to a total stranger...AND literally did twice.......
I want these residents to realize that there are people out there that still love and care about them..... After all for some of them... It may be there last Christmas.... So lets work together to make it a GOOD ONE!

To call my doctor tomorrow and raise holy hades with him...... 3 A.M. and here I sit....... I want a 15 page explanation as to why Ambien is any more dangerous than me running on 3 hours of sleep every night while trying to raise 4 children, work, and do everything else that I do.....
When he prescribed Ambien for me it was the first time in my life that I actually looked forward going to bed because I knew I wouldn't lay there for HOURS staring at the ceiling..... I've been this way since I was 12 or 13...... My mind just does NOT stop and I literally can be on the cusp of sleeping and POOF an idea or "worry" pop in there and I'm awake for the next X amount of hours "planning".....
I think I will call him.... make an appt..... tease my hair into the largest rats nest you've ever seen and let him know that if he does not do something to help me I am going to start billing him for the Adrienne Arpel makeup I am going to be forced to buy to cover up the damn dark circles......

Hmmmmmmm
I really don't even know how to title this present blog..... I thought about "An Insult"....... and didn't like it because I feel it's much more than just an "Insult"..... Perhaps biggotry..... but.... again I feel it's even more than that.....
I am FAR from a "Fem-a-Nazi"...... I tend not to do well around "bra burners" and folks like NOW and NARAL..... They repulse me.... At the same time I guess (as a woman) I am begining to see the need for such organizations.....
John Roberts is an anchor for CNN news and recently made this comment about Sarah Palin....
"Children with Down’s syndrome require an awful lot of attention. The role of vice president, it seems to me, would take up an awful lot of her time, and it raises the issue of how much time will she have to dedicate to her newborn child?”
And then right on his heels Sally Quinn, a columnist with The Washington Post, wrote in a recent online column that Palin needs to care for her special needs son, Trig, and her daughter, Bristol, not to mention her three other children, would
“inevitably be an enormous distraction for a new vice president (or president) in a time of global turmoil.”
Honestly? As a woman? I'm INSULTED..... HIGHLY Insulted over comments like that.... and believe me it takes a HELL of alot to "insult" me...... but that is REALLY pulling the trigger with me....
Women, although extremely catty in nature are incredible creatures.... We tend to be able to run circles around men with our multi-tasking abilities... We are the "organizers" the "planners" the ones who normally keep things together when they are falling apart.....
This is not meant to be insulting to men..... Because quite frankly men are incredible creatures also and they posess skills that we as women do not..... (I just can't seem to think of any off of the top of my head) :::::Adjusting Halo:::::: Ok I am KIDDING folks.....Men "know" they have abilities that women do not.....
With all of that being said I have decided that the latest attack wave on Sarah Palin has been started by the maids on the White House Staff...... Think I'm crazy? Well here's my theory......
For YEARS these folks have probably NEVER had to clean a toilet seat in the oval office... It's been left sitting up....... because the only one that uses it is a man and we all know how good they are about putting those seats down...... Now that the staff has found out that there is a good chance of a woman being in the white house they are revolting simply because they don't want to clean the toilet seat..... (True Story..... You'll see it on CNN in a day or two) And we ALL know that what we see on CNN and the Washington Post should be trusted eh? :0)
I suppose I view those that think Sarah Palin can't pull this off because she is a wife, and a mother just as ridiculous as my theory above....
Listen up liberals....... If Sarah would have been in the White House 7 years ago...... I truly believe that we would still NOT be chasing Bin Laden around..... She would have got on a plane and hunted the man down herself..... While you sat in your comfy anchor chair and reported about lint counts in toilet paper...
While writing this.... I've made another personal discovery..... I blog about toilets entirely too much..... :0)

Palin..... The RIGHT choice....
I am just so FED up with liberals right now that I am having a hard time focusing on anything else but bashing the crap out of the hypocrites..... (thus this blog).. If I had a dollar for every time I heard a liberal tell me how the republicans are taking away our personal freedoms, inserting camera's into bedrooms and that the republicans need to mind their own business........ Well I'd be a rich woman....
Enter Sarah Palin and her un-wed teenage pregnant daughter..... I suppose since the lib's couldn't dig up any hard core dirt on the woman they had to drag a 17 year old girl into the picture and expose her.....
The only thing this has done is piss me off further at liberal tactics and mindless rants........ I won't say that Palin's daughter is a "child"...... She IS a young adult... and as you damn liberals like to preach she has made "her choice". Yet you hypocrites are now criticizing her?
Add to the fact that Cecile Richards (Planned Parenthoods President) has joined forces yet again with her bra burning buddies at NARAL and NOW and is running her mouth faster than someone running to the bathroom after eating cabbage (great analogy if you ask me) :)
Sooooo let's take a look at what this particular hypocrite is spouting.....
Shameless Rhetoric? Dragging a 17 year old into this mess is not shameless? Rhetoric? Does this "woman" even KNOW what that word means? I'll tell you what "good" it does...... We for the first time in history have a GOOD chance of a WOMAN being in the oval office...... Sure we've had women run before but they have NOT had the chance Sarah Palin does...... She's simply pissed because Sarah Palin is NOT a robot for Planned Parenthood and walks what she talks.....

When I read that I actually had to read it twice because I could NOT believe that she went there...... (again a statement that is beyond hypocritical)
IF I had the chance to say anything to her it would be ........ Cecile..... although you may be having trouble expressing the depth of your anger about McCain's choice..... I am NOT having any difficulty whatsoever in expressing MY anger towards your statements..... The only shameless pandering of women that is going on is the fact that you do not trust other women to be smart enough to make their own VOTING decisions... (or) for that matter their own reproductive decisions....
Allow me to explain my hatred for Planned Parenthood and their goons.......17 years ago I visited a planned parenthood facility...... Hubby and I had been married for a year and I really did not know alot about planned parenthood.....other than they offered free pregnancy tests..... I *thought* I was pregnant and decided that I would go in and take a pregnancy test.... I took the test and was ushered to a small "counseling office"...... a few minutes in a lady came in and threw some files down on the desk and said "Missy I have the results your pregnant" I immediately started to cry because I was so HAPPY...... She immediately took that as a BAD sign and without missing a beat started explaining my "options"..... I was HORRIFIED...... I stopped her mid way through and told her that I was HAPPY and that I WANTED this child more than anything else in the world.... Guys, I shit you not she CRINGED...... it was if it disgusted her to see someone stating that they wanted their baby.....
Since that day I have despised...... no...... HATED planned parenthood.....In my opinion they do NOT trust women to make their own decisions..... they PUSH for what *they* want...... (I'd bet that counselor would really piss herself is she knew I had 4 children now)
I'm not going to argue the pro-life / pro-choice crap in this blog (today anyway) I will say tho that perhaps you whining liberals could take a day off of preforming abortions and work on some other rights that are being taken away..... Such as my right to smoke in the stadiums that MY damn tax dollars built.....
If I have to be exposed to the liberal second hand bullshit that is being blown then you wankers can surely put up with my cigarette smoke...
