~Meet Joe Taylor~

Ok..... So most of you know that I am BEYOND picky about the music I listen to.... And RARELY do I find an artist that I actually like both the lyrics AND their voice / tone.......

I've found that in Joe Taylor............ I think I might have blogged about him before but guys, he's absolutely one of the most talented artists I've heard in a LONG time............

I hear a lil Steve Perry in there...... But more importantly ........ I *hear* an old sensitive soul in his lyrics and he sings with a passion.............. Something MOST bands know NOTHING about....

Rob and Chrissy I EXPECT you to go see him play... He does alot of shows in NY.......

Here's the "offical" kiddo pick for 2008 I had a good friend of mine do a photo shoot with them back in the fall and this was just too adorable sooooooooo there ya go....... no more yelling at me about new pics of the kids!

Anything I say from here on in can be considered ramblings and when I read this tomorrow night I'll probably slap myself in the head a few times for doing this........ :P (Sorry it's a Vodka evening and until 4th quarter is over expect one of these a week!!!!!)

Gripe Time................

First..... WHY the hell does Gloria Allred wear pink eyeshadow? Wait...... why does ANYONE wear pink eyeshadow..... It's almost as offensive to me as the damn 70's blue eyeshadow...... I don't get it...... it's NOT *pretty* ladies please please please......... cease and desist from that shit.......

Second gripe for the night....... Why does my boss call me 50x a day...... to tell me the same thing over and over AND over again........ Can someone please disconnect his damn phone? Seriously I am going to start forwarding my phone to a Dr. Phil hotline..........

Third gripe....... Hell I can't remember it must not have been that important.......... and I think I am finally tired enough to go to bed.... So I guess you all won't have to put up with my rants tonight :P

***Twilight***

I watched a new release on my favorite website today........ ((NO NOT YOUTUBE!) LoL...... The name of the movie was ................ "Twilight"......... and I gotta tell ya guys....... I can NOT remember liking a movie THIS much......... I was *hooked* after the first 2 minutes and I couldn't peel myself away from the screen.....

The *passion* that was in this movie was just INCREDIBLE....... and before you twits accuse me of watching porn........ NOT even close....... This movie was just "ME"....... 100% ME.......

:Sigh: I think this will be the FIRST DVD that I've added to my collection in a long time......... (that is when it comes out on DVD) LoL

Poor Poor Sparky......

I l.o.v.e Beta's....... If you have never owned one they are a MUST..... The kiddos and I have always had atleast one in the house and they tend to live for us for 3 to 4 years..........

Well, when our last one "passed away" I decided it was time to take a break........ That is until Miss Chloey saw one at WallyWorld and went nutso..... I went ahead and bought it for her and we've had "Sparky" for about a year and a half now........ (then came the other 3 but we won't talk about those) :P

"Sparky" has been having difficulties getting to the top of the tank lately, and when he does he sinks quickly to the bottom and just "lays" there....... Well after about a week of me bringing him up to the top with the net so he can get air and feeding him...... I decide ENOUGH is enough this poor fish is suffering..... (what kind of loon am I?) LOL

Anyway, off to the pet store I go...... (Did ya know they actually sell MEDICINE for fish?) I guess there are more loons just like me out there :P

I buy it...... Come home..... and ......... Nuffin..... Sparky won't even "think" about it......

So, tonight I decide to google "Beta Sinks" just to see if anyone else has ever had problems with their beta and what they did..... Those are really his only symptoms.... HE SINKS.......

Sooooooooooooooooo guess what pops up?

The damn fish is constipated........ I shit u not.... (no pun intended)

Sooooo now I'm on my way back upstairs to try to get him to eat a PEA..... (that's the flipping cure) Can I have my 20 bucks back for the fish medicine? AND if that doesn't work..... I get to give him an epson salts bath........
