I've got 25 minutes before my hair turns purple so I have to hurry and finish today's blog :P
I decided to do something I haven't done in over a year and *pamper* me today..... Got my hair cut.....and tonight I am coloring it...... (be afraid be VERY afraid) I basically threatened the beauticians life about taking any of the length off..... she layered it and "modernized" my look........ I LOVE .... LOVE... Love it...... Let's just say it's "punky" .........
When she's doing my hair I FLIP because I think I see a grey hair..... She says NO NO it's just a blonde hi-lite....
Uh huh like hell it is...... Sooooo I start thinking.....
Ya know.... New style.... New color..... let's do this.....
So I stop off and buy some "coloring" tonight on my way home..... Sneak it into the house because I KNOW it's gonna be an issue and when no one is looking...... I grab it... grab my laptop and here I sit..... (I think ya all should start laughing now.....somehow a grown woman should NOT have to "sneak" this kind of stuff)
Oh..... and the hair cut reaction was as follows: WHAT the HELL did you do to your hair......
My response was....... A simple smile..... and.............. well obviously your the ONLY one who doesn't like it as I've had 4 compliments from total strangers within a matter of 2 hours......
In other words..... Kiss my Arss..... :)
Tic Toc Tic Toc...... 11 minutes......
Ya know....... I think this whole thing is stemming from the fact that my "baby" (Logan) will be 4 tomorrow....... I don't know that I am accepting that very well...... WHERE did the time go.......
O well....... atleast I didn't go out and buy a red convertible like most folks suffering from a mid-life crisis do......
Time to *rinse* :0)
